Reincarnated in the tensura world as the supreme deity

This is my first real work in writing so please bear with grammar mistakes, also skills will be overpowered but MC will not have immediate full access to those skills. It will be explained more in the book.

A man named Kami ketsugi gets stabbed and reincarnated in the cardinal world but he's way overpowered however to make things interesting Raphael (who has be reborn again after evolving into a manas) seals the amount of power Kami now named tenma tempest can use. This will make him struggle in the beginning but he'll grow to fully utilize his potentially later on.
