In the hunter community, a kill is regarded as a victory worthy of celebration. More so when it's your first one. The pressure of carrying out the task is even more stressful when you are the daughter of the leader and the expectations are heavy on your shoulders. But what happens if you get cold feet and are questioning your ability to assassinate your target. Adele is a young hunter and the militarist hunter society is the only one she knows. She has been training her whole life to only one purpose, to kill. Her life gets an interesting turn when she is faced with the world of her enemies and gets close and personal with the one who's life she is suppose to end. Adele gets a new view of the world through the eyes of another and in the process discovers something from her past.

This is a story about individuals trying to make peace with the lives that they lived. It's a dark, depressing story with some humor beats here and there. It does tell of suicide and other sensitive topics. Told in hopefully a respectful way. The idea was for this to help me sort through my past and help my present state of mind.
