A girl that comes from another world gets lost in the human world and find a way back home but gets an unexpected visitor that she has to take with and there she tries her best to keep her secret safe

The world is destroyed, three fouths of the population dead. Most of the people that are left are teenagers, but some greedy, brutal millionaires live. They have their scientists capture the teenagers and genetically modify them, then release them into the treacherous world to fight to the death with deadly creatures and other teens.
