Most people just try their best to navigate through the giant maze that is life. Kim Ah-ri was the same. Just trying her best to survive day by day the best way she could; even with her unfortunate home life.
But the little sense of life she's built comes crumbling down when an accident leaves her in a coma. Three months later, her body is failing, and that horrific night seems destined to be her last memory-until she encounters a mysterious man and woman in her dreams. They introduce her to Yung, the halfway point between the living and the dead, and warn her of the malevolent spirits that roam the earth. Evil spirits that, if she accepts, will be her team's job to get rid of.
A year after accepting, Ah-ri is still trying to adjust to her new life, her new team she quickly began to see as family, and her newfound abilities. How will she cope when one of her teammates meets their end in front of her? What will she do when she meets an evil spirit that rivals her own powers? And most of all, how will the boy who joins their team affect all of this?
