the year is 4988.
In the city of Tomorrowland, the happiness rates have been spiraling down rapidly, and the population is starting to decrease. Suicide rates are high, and the goverment is in a state of panick. that is, until the Hapiness Station is anounced.
a large station-like building in the middle of the city is built, and every week 16 people get an invitation to take the "Ride to Happiness". After exiting the Station, the invitees seem.. strange.
Yvella is a 17 year old girl who lives near the centre of Tomorrowland, with her dad and sister Priëlle. Yvella has hated living in Tomorrowland, and after meeting a strange guy near the border she is convinced to leave the city after she turns 18. things do not go according to plan however.
The day before her 18th birthday there is a card in the mail.
