After 2 weeks of searching the park, the rest of his body wouldn't be found. The killer struck fear into the city of Glasgow, they became terrified as more cadavers were being found consistently every month, there were no similarities between any of them victims as if they were all picked at random with no reason, just a murderer with bloodlust for humanity, such messy crime scenes yet no leads.

Will she ever forgive them for abandoning her? Will they ever be able to unveil her secrets? Where was she for all those years? This is story of a girl who was abandoned by her brothers when she was seven. Now, after 9 years, her brothers brought her back home. How will she deal with them, simultaneously dealing with the terrors that haunt her every night? Sneak Peak- Once we were out, I stopped and turned to face my blood relatives and said, "Okay, now that I am out you don't need to act anymore. Now, you guys can go back to your house and pretend that this never happened. I will go to my house and will make sure that we will not cross each other's path, even by accident." I was about to turn back when Ezekiel held my elbow, stopping me on my track. I immediately snatched my hand back glaring at him and said, "Do not ever touch me again." His eyes showed an emotion of hurt that I am sure I read incorrectly because one thing that Kensington brothers are incapable of was getting hurt by any outsider. And that was what I was. An outsider. Sensing the tension in the atmosphere Aldric took it upon himself to say whatever his brother was about to. "You are going with us." He spoke. One thing about Aldric Kensington was that once he has made his mind, there is nothing in this world that can change his decision. This is the very quality of his that made my life a living nightmare, and this is exactly why I hate him more than any of my brothers. "Let's go Athaliah," Ezekiel said this time. That name. No one has called me by that name in six years. "My name is Zahra," I corrected and continued, "And I am not going with you." #1 in pastabuse #1 in running on 2/2/25 #1 in babysister on 15/12/24 #1 in brothersconflict on 27/12/24 #2 in abandoned #2 in broken #2 in abusing #2 in nightterror #2 in brokenfamily #4 in olderbrother #5 in mafiaprincess #9 in siblings #34 in siblingrivalry #34 in littlesister #44 in ptsd #40 in misunderstood #59 in mafia

Iris is an orphan, leading what she considers a normal life. As the oldest in Father John's care, she works hard to help bring in the money needed to feed and clothe the younger children, and she does it without complaint. Everybody in town knows her and loves her. Someday, she'll get married and start her own family, but a war looming over her home makes someday a distant prospect. Then magic invades her simple life, and everything she knows is turned upside down. She's suddenly the center of a war between dragons and humans, and the only person she can turn to for help is a stranger who may or may not be the enemy. Char and his brother Rath are dragons and certified troublemakers. They're a favorite at parties, especially among girls, and a pain in their commanding officer's side. But Char's familiarity with humans earns him a scouting mission that brings with it more trouble than he could ever anticipate: a simple orphan girl. She's too innocent for the tangled web of magic tightening around her, and he's too impulsive to stay out of it, even if that means lying to his brother and risking his life to keep her out of the hands of a psychotic mage. Their adventure is about to begin. ***** This is a bit of a writing experiment for me. I usually write in first person, but I wrote this in third person, and I alternate between Iris and Char's perspectives every ten chapters. Comments and constructive criticism are welcome. I haven't finished writing the ending, so what you see is what you get until I get around to that. This will probably be the first in a series of fantasy romance novels.
