Long after the war ended, the battlefields still whisper. Seeking the truth buried beneath ruined fortresses and silent carriers, a lone journalist follows the fading echoes of pilots who should never have existed. Brett Thompson's search leads him through borderlands where records vanish, witnesses speak in riddles, and every surviving report contradicts the last. The figure bears many names: phantom, myth, a demon who struck down all opposition. The accounts never align, yet all share the same reverent edge, as though recalling a storm that answered to no command. As Brett moves deeper into the war's forgotten corridors-through shattered skies, vanished squadrons, and battles erased from official memory-one truth becomes clear. Some legends were never meant to be uncovered, and some pilots were never meant to be understood. As I begin rewriting the story (in the future), more tags will be added.
