Y/n Hoshino grew up with her best friend Katsuki Bakugo and has always dreamt of being a hero along side him. Known as the happy, bubbly girl with a deep connection with nature.  However her mother's abusive nature and villainous reputation has set her back since the day her mother got caught. She was ready to give up on her dreams, but her hotheaded friend refused to let her.

Katsuki Bakugo has vowed to protect Y/n since they were four years old. He always had a fondness for the girl. She was the only one he ever let close. He's always seen his friend as happy and untouchable, so when she shows up at his door step during the first year of middle school, bloody and claiming her mother was the infamous "quirkless killer" he was shocked to say the least. Since that day, the Bakugou family took her in, and Katsuki stayed by her side, even as they walked into the doors of UA.
