After conquering the Pleiades Watchtower, Subaru rests in the green room, physically and mentally exhausted. He is devoured by a shadow, which swallows him and causes him to lose consciousness. When he awakens, he finds himself in the same place where he was summoned to another world more than a year ago, but he is not alone. Status: everything fine, hiatus is fake I jus forgot to change this (End of Arc 6, Subaru and the Watchtower conquest group are teleported to Japan, more than a year after Subaru's summoning to the world of Re:Zero. How will the inhabitants of another world react to this very different and incredible world?)

However if it wasn't he was supposed to report back and then they'd find a way to purify the radioaction. However he really has no way to get back with his only means of transportation wrecked.
