She later on meets The Kid, the lead of another band performing there at First Avenue, who is just simply irresistible. Whether it's way he gets lost in his music when he performs, his curly locks, or those gorgeous eyes, Y/n seems to have a thing for him. And The Kid, surprisingly, seems to have a thing for her. Scarlet finds herself fascinated in a boy in her English class named Prince. When the two are paired of for tutoring, she learns that her staring at him wasn't just to draw him, but because she is crushing on him. During their time of tutoring, Prince learns that she's very different from the other kids at school. Not just the other girls, but all of the kids. Prince finds out about her crush on him and they grow close, so close that her mother dreads him and his company despite her mentally Ill daughter not having any friends. Will she leave her sheltered life, or will she have to fight to keep her sanity when her mother separates them?
