The two blue hedgehogs are thrust into a chaotic new reality where they must navigate battles against dangerous villains, all while enduring something even more daunting... school!
  But this is not just any school, it is U.A. High, a prestigious academy for aspiring heroes. Both speedsters might think the biggest challenge is staying awake in boring classes, but they are in for a rude awakening - shadows lurk around every corner, sinister eyes track their every move, and a darkness far greater than they have ever faced threatens to swallow them whole. They will learn that being a hero is about more than speed and bravery. 
  As for their friends... where are they and what happened to them? Keep your eyes peeled! Things are about to get faster, wilder, and far more dangerous than ever before!

For the next ten years, I endured daily beatings, abuse, and neglect from everyone around me, except for my mother. But as fate would have it, she was taken from me as well. I lost all hope of becoming a hero; my dreams and spirit were shattered. Ultimately, I decided to heed the taunts of my tormentors and take the leap they urged me to take. But just before I hit the ground, someone intervened and saved my life. He taught me extraordinary techniques, and after my training was complete, he bestowed upon me his power. Years later, I returned with a single goal: to do what is right, to let no one stand in my way, and to change society as we know it. My name is Izuku Midoriya--the next ultimate life form.
