A Timekeeper's Awakening

Fifth-teen-year-old Cron Orus has grown up in a city called New Onyx Province. This is a society of people who can wield time itself. Only three abilities exist in their world. One is to slow down time, the other is to stop time, and the last is to speed up time. These abilities can only be practical to close people or objects.
Poor Cron has no abilities in a place filled with wonder. Cron has been constantly teased and accused of being timeless. However, that all changed one faithful day.
At a desperate time in his life, he finally released his powers. However, he has discovered he can wield all three abilities. Something like this hasn't been heard in years.
However, this puts a huge target on his head. The Timekeepers are coming, and they are looking for someone like him. What secrets will Cron discover? What role will he play in his newfound time abilities? And will be hendle his new future?
