In the shadows of first love...

Ruhi Mittal knew well what it felt to love somebody who never loved her in return; the days of kindergarten when she and Kiyansh Sethia dance to "Zoobi Doobi" and went all the way to the years of high school till Kiyansh's taunts and disinterest gradually stripped her heart, and she could not let go. He was cold, distant, and he often used her as and when convenient for himself. But Ruhi loved him even when he lied to her to avoid her; even when they drifted apart after 10th grade, becoming nothing more than periodic streaks on Snapchat.

Years later, when Ruhi shines through in her college life, she has kept Kiyansh's love as a story buried deep inside and nurtured by a few rusty photographs and hidden memories. But much to her dismay, Kiyansh resurfaces to stir up the emotions she had buried long back. But things weren't the same anymore. There was Advik, a close friend who admired her, and in Kiyansh's impromptu jealousy, it confused things even further.

Thus, with all of the old emotions bursting forward and newer relations beginning to develop, Ruhi has been pushed into a place where she must come to terms with a very unpalatable truth: Is her love for Kiyansh meant for keeps or that she has held onto a very mythical memory of something, which never actually 'was' in the first place?
