Hyrule is now only a word on a page to the people on the great sea. Even though Hyrule is lost to them, they still cling to old traditions. And after all these years, the era without a hero will finally end. The legends will be reborn. Reborn on an ocean breeze. Published also on Scribblehub, RoyalRoad, and Deviantart. The original game, the names of many characters and places are all originally created by Nintendo, and they are thus the owner of the characters.

The Legend of Zelda: The Seals Of Fate, de Primesaber

A story set in an untold age of the Zelda timeline. Follow Vormund, a soldier of the Hylian Guard, and his companions as they are thrust into a dangerous journey that will take them across the land of Hyrule. A mission that will see them come toe to toe with some of the most fearsome monsters that have threatened the land of Hyrule. This is a story of Friendship, Peril, Loss and Bravery. The cast of characters consists of original characters and familiar characters, with the focus being on the former. Author's Notes: I'm a big fan of the Zelda series, having grown up in the 90's OOT kick-started my love for gaming and adventure. However, as I have grown older, I have found myself really wanting the series or even Link to mature as I have matured. Instead of waiting and hoping, I decided to pour my dreams for this franchise into a series of books. This is book one of my series. Spoiler alert for this entire book! If you have not completed the Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, this story will reveal the entire storyline of this game. Also some parts of the other Zelda games as well. **** Two people, both crippled by grief and both struggling with great expectations. Two people, but seventeen and still older than Hyrule itself. Two people, who will grow to rely on each other, torn apart by the final ruination. The blood moon rises... The shadow of the Calamity rises over the kingdom of Hyrule, rearing its terrible head, tearing apart all that stands in its way. The deadline was hanging over the head of the citizens who depend on the success of a powerless girl and the mettle of a simply talented boy. The full Triforce shall collide once more, and when it does, are they courageous enough to overcome the own demons that haunt them and stand firm against the evil ahead? Hey everyone! There will be quite a lot of angst so if you're not okay with that, then please don't read my book. There will be rather graphic descriptions of war and battles, and self-harm and depression will trigger some of you, but there are no sexual scenes, nor swearing. Some characters will belong to me, but the majority of elements involved in my story belongs to Nintendo. Thank you guys so much and enjoy!

Pre-game (and post-game, eventually) fic centred around Link's memories and what might've happened in between them.

Before Hyrule prospered, before Skyloft was created, a hero lived in the land of Hylia, and though his deeds earned him legendary status amongst the peoples of Hylia, there were those who resented the hero. Framed for a crime he did not commit, the young man was cast in chains, forever to be locked away. That is, until the traitor's plot was uncovered. However, years had passed as the hero rotted away in a murky cellar. Could he truly forgive the people their sins? Could he accept their offer to save them once more from the encroaching armies of darkness? Could he take on that mantle once more and be the hero he had forged himself as? Or would he leave them to burn...?
