Wala pa ko naiisip na perfect description for this story. But the main plot is about a fat girl named Patrice Mikaela Tabayoyong a.k.a Patty who's been in love with Axel Jon Castillo ever since the world begun. Of course, because she is fat he never noticed her as a beauty. Insert high school drama, bully si Patty during high school. But Patty was contented with what she have, a great bestfriend, a prince charming, great parents. She never wishes for more. She's happy.
However, one incident occur when she found Betty, her bff, being beaten up by the rich and powerful girl, Sandra Mondeiri. Stepping up, she defended her bestfriend and had a bad encounter with Sandra. Taking her revenge, Sandra used Axel, whose father owes a massive debt to Sandra's father leaving them penniless, to get back with Patty. The plan was to make Patty fall in love with Axel, and Axel to break her heart. With that done, all debts with the Mondeiro will be gone.
Heartbreak turns to anger, Patty promised to change herself and to have her revenge.
She devised a perfect plan and put herself to disguise. After 5 years of planning and working on every detail, the fat and unnoticeable girl in high school turned out to be a sexy and gorgeous woman that men has ever laid their eyes on. From the sweet and jolly fat Patty turns the fierce, wild, sexy and gorgeous Pami Vergara. All the disguise just to mend the broken heart of the fat girl that will always linger inside.
