Yumin Hong is a penultimate Art History student at Nanyang Technological University. When she gets a lucrative internship at a small art auction house called Sabel & Glass, she doesn't expect to be pitted against two other interns to be the lead auctioneer for the art auction of the decade. Or to fall in love with her fellow intern Jonathan Yang.
The painting they are instructed to sell is none other than a rare painting by the 17C Dutch painter Johannes Vermeer. However, she would soon discover that the artpiece is a lot more than just canvas, but home to one of the most vicious demons known to mankind.
Would she be able to successfully auction the painting to the rich Clay family while avoiding a violent death at the demon behind the frame, ready to jump out at her?
