This story follows Grace, a mother of twins struggling with health issues, who hires a nanny named Aisha to help care for her babies. Despite being trusted with their care, Aisha neglects the children, feeding them only water and drinking their milk herself. Grace, battling hypertension and severe bleeding, pleads with Aisha to do her job, but the nanny remains indifferent. After Aisha is arrested, her sponsor apologizes, but Grace insists on a prison sentence before deportation. Though Grace forgives, Aisha spreads false accusations after her deportation, leaving Grace to move forward, reclaiming her strength, and finding peace.
