"Let me help you," he whispered, his breath warm against my ear sending shivers down my spine. His hands hovered just inches away.

My whole body freezes and without warning I swirl around and throw a quick jab at his face. He barely has time to dodge, eyes widening in surprise as he stumbles back. I follow up with a sweep of his legs, sending him crashing to the deck.

"Remember your place, prince," I sneer, standing over him as he struggles to push himself up. "Water always trumps fire."

THE OTHER AIRBENDER (Book 1)

30 parts Complete

Water. Earth. Fire. Air. Long ago, the four nations lived together in harmony. Then, everything changed when the Fire Nation attacked, completely eradicating the Air Nomads, in an attempt to prevent the Avatar from stopping them. They knew that only the Avatar, master of all four elements, had the power to stop them. They succeeded, and when the world needed him the most, he vanished. A hundred years passed and a brother and sister from the Southern Water Tribe discovered the new Avatar, an airbender named Aang. But what if Aang wasn't the last airbender? +++ DISCLAIMER: I do not own any of the original story or characters. This story was made for entertainment purposes only. *strays from cannon* Also, artwork used in the cover isn't mine.
