In A World Between Us, two cultures clashes and love is challenged in the vibrant heart of New York City. The determined writer from the Philippines, Maya Hernandez, leaves her life in Manila for New York because she craves adventure and new opportunities. While she cherishes her Filipino heritage and family traditions, the overwhelming city feels daunting and alien to her.
