Richard Grayson thought he'd gotten rid of all the Zuccos years ago when he got Tony Zucco killed, ending in his wife and son dead, as well. But now, years later, Tony's daughter is running the Zucco empire in Gotham City, which brings up bad memories for Nightwing as he tries to keep the streets safe. But a war is brewing between the gangs in Gotham, and there's no telling what lengths some may reach to win it, even sending a certain crime boss to rid the city of the vigilante clad in black and blue.
All characters belong to DC aside from Indie and Theon.
