The Curse of the Black Moon
By Emmanuel Sunday
In the 18th century, the peaceful village of Ekwueme lived in the shadow of a centuries-old curse. Every generation, when the black moon rises, a beast stirs-hungry for blood and vengeance. The werewolf, bound by a sinister pact with the ancients, roams the night, leaving death and devastation in its wake.
Nneka, a strong-willed young woman, has always dismissed the curse as folklore-until the howls begin to echo through the night, and a series of brutal attacks strike fear into the hearts of the villagers. As the body count rises and whispers of betrayal and dark secrets spread, Nneka finds herself entangled in a mystery that threatens to unravel her world.
But the true horror lies not just in the creature that prowls the woods, but in the history that binds her family to this monstrous fate. As the black moon approaches, Nneka must confront the terrifying truth about the curse, her bloodline, and the werewolf that hunts her.
Time is running out, and with every passing night, the curse tightens its grip. To survive, Nneka will have to uncover the secrets hidden in the shadows of her village-and face the beast that has haunted them for centuries.
Will she break the cycle, or will the curse claim her as its next victim?
