Faith Pierce has just been transferred from her old unit after losing control of her emotions with a suspect, and she's not happy about it. Feeling like her only chance at getting revenge on the man who murdered her family is gone, she isn't very forthcoming with her new boss. But she and her new team are quickly distracted by a killer coming back to taunt them.
And when he finds out there's someone new on the team, someone unknown. He is not happy about it.

Faith is ruining his plan, and she needs to be stopped. Will she be able to push aside her personal issues and work with the others?
Or will both worlds collide, personal and professional.
