Vicky Vespa is fleeing her wedding when she finds herself quarantined inside a department store with four strangers. Toxic smoke from a wildfire has forced a mandatory stay indoors order for all of Southcentral Alaska, and she has no choice but to trust the men who rescued her.

It was only supposed to be one night, but the disaster unfolding outside is far worse than originally thought. As the days stretch on with no end in sight, things are heating up inside the three-storey maze of tools, sporting goods and outdoor equipment.

Vicky knows she shouldn't get involved with any of the men. Definitely not all of them. That was the life she ran away from. But the temptation is too strong to resist.
