At night I dream the same thing every single night. For the past year I have just been having the worst nightmare, and it just won't go away. To everyone else, Lacey is the average high school student. Everyone thinks she is normal. She never tells anyone about her dream or why she gets upset some day for no reason. She never tells anyone her thoughts. After becoming close with a boy in school, things may change.

Hunted

Lacey and her friends just graduated from high school. To celebrate, they all go to a cabin owned by Lacey's family in the middle of nowhere and spend a few weeks there before they all go off their separate ways to college. It's supposed to be a fun, relaxing vacation, filled with parties and everything else they can imagine, but someone else outside their group has other plans. From missing local animals to strange noises and break ins, things continue to get worse until tragedy strikes. Can they make it out alive? Or will they all fall victim the one that hunts them in the dead of night? _____________________________________________ Excerpt: "Miss.." I heard from behind me. I turned around to see what he wanted. From the corner of my eye I saw his fist coming towards my face. I had no time to duck and was hit full force. Pain exploded behind my eyes and my vision went blurry. I started falling, but he caught me right before I hit the ground and picked me up. "I didn't want to hurt you." I heard him whisper right before I passed out.
