Before meeting Alpha, and find the rest of the shades, Cid found some bandits, which he did not know where members of the Cult of Diablos, inside a cave. Thinking of the riches and wanting to experiment more on his abilities he goes in and kills all the cult members without much issue, but except of finding riches he finds a boy that was at least two years older than him. This was Ajax, a boy who lost his family, was abandoned by his master, was experimented by the cult, and was now a broken body who sought death, but Cid, living his fantasy as both a background character and the eminence in shadow saw him as the "protagonist" of this world. So he gave him purpose and freed him from his shackles after being promised revenge. Ajax now pledges his allegiance to Cid as his assassin, right hand man, and bodyguard codename: Moze. Little did Ajax knew that following the path the idiot lead would take him down a rollercoaster of many events.
