Isabella Gazzi was born with a hole in her heart. She does not want to be in a hospital bed, with tubes connected to her. Her parents beg her every single day to get her surgery but she dismisses them every time. Her twin, Mirabella, her 2 older sisters, Annabella and Arrabella, are distraught about their sisters decision.
A few years go by, bickering about Isabella's decision, the Cullen quadruplets need wives and the only candidates beautiful and intelligent enough that meet their eyes are the Gazzi sisters.
