THIS STORY IS BOTH INCOMPLETE AND IS NOT BEING UPDATED. NEW STORY IS IN MY PROFILE.

Rylan Banks is a normal teenager with an abnormal family secret. His family on his mother's side has a deep physical and psychological curse that seems to torment them at every point. Eyes plague their skin, tar fills their body... and the curse fills their head with thoughts from the darkest parts of their imagination.

At first, the curse was a simple nuisance for Rylan. But now that the people at his high school are starting to notice it...the curse seems to be getting stronger. Too strong.

It's when he starts seeing a twisted version of himself that he finally starts to find the answers to his family curse...and he'll do anything to get rid of this plague upon his family.

Whispers in the Walls

52 parts Complete

They told me the house was empty. That the boy I was supposed to care for wasn't real. Just a doll. Just a job. But then I heard things. Felt things. The whispers in the walls, the way the air shifted like someone was always watching me. I should be scared. I should leave. But there's something about him-something that keeps pulling me back. Maybe it's the loneliness in his voice. Or the way he lingers in the shadows, waiting for me to see him. All I know is... I don't think I want to run anymore.
