Her quirk was one of the most powerful in the world which made people start to hunt her down as a child eventually causing her to move from, Japan to America . Fast forward to when she turned 15 she became the number 2 hero in America. Eventually after the USJ incident the one and only all might called her asking for a favor... Warning there will be: oc is somewhat suicidal There will be angst PS:I took this inspiration from the book Bad Habits by @GrizzyBear_Katsuki so there will probably see some similarities also I want to make it clear that none of these characters belong to me besides mei the rest belong to Kohei Horikoshi
