Harrison Lawrence, age twenty-four, joins the Drug Enforcement Administration as the youngest and most experienced DEA agent in Los Angeles, California. On Harrison's first day on the job, he partners with an FBI agent, Peter Saw, age twenty-eight, to work on a major drug trafficking case involving an international drug trafficking operation where a man named Jose Alvarez, age forty-five, operating a Mexican-based organization where he works as being a principal leader of a continuing criminal enterprise - the Mexican organized crime syndicate known as the Sinaloa Cartel - a charge that includes 26 drug-related violations and one murder conspiracy throughout California and Harrison's girlfriend, Alyssa Joanna who was killed by taking an illegal drug.
As DEA agent Harrison Lawrence and FBI agent Peter Saw stop the drug trafficking operation in California, and catch the drug lord who killed Harrison's girlfriend, they must quickly find their way to stop the trafficking of drugs to disperse in California, before the suspect continues to make things worse. But if the drug trafficking operation continues, will Jose Alvarez be put behind bars?
