The creator of the popular channel Bright Sun Films, Jake Williams, started making content because he was fascinated with deserted and neglected locations. His passion for adventure and narrative inspired him to write about the little-known histories of locations like shuttered theme parks, dilapidated structures, and defunct businesses.In 2014, Williams began his trip by producing content on deserted places in Canada that were close to his house. He concentrated on creating in-depth, documentary-style videos that were notable for their meticulous narration and thorough research. Abandoned, his debut series, immediately became well-known for its distinct take on urban exploration.
