Not only that, Males around the died and those who survived are females. However, Without males, The Reo-Human used human females as breeders to grow there never ending populations. 

Though, In the amidst all of that. A Shy young 10 Year Old boy Katanth received a system that allows him to summon troops, military equipment, weapons, and vehicles. Not only that, He will used this newfound powers, Katanth will have fight against the Empire. But he's not the only threat he face. There are many factions in this world. Good or Bad. A new war is was about to began across the world. 

Conquest, survival, addiction, Repopulations?. For whom will he fight for?
