The Kurans have been known was the royalty of the vampire world, the strongest of purebloods. Rido, Haruka, and Juri were well known but not as much as Juri's twin was Mai. Mai was the black sheep of the family, but she loved them nerveless.
Juri and Haruka had a son named Kaname and then later had a set of twins named Yuki and Akemi. Unfortunately, Akemi was born with two kinds of eyes one Juri had feared of. She never got a chance to name her youngest, but her sister had done it in her stead. Mai couldn't truly be there for the child, despite Akemi being her youngest niece she was trying to build a better future for the humans and vampires along with changing the fate of the purebloods but.... she couldn't turn away from the child that desperately needed her.
This is the story of Akemi Kuran.
