"Senku has looked over the contents of this box more times than he can count (48 times) since he originally found it, and remains no closer to an answer. Frustration is a feeling that Senku is familiar with, but it's been a long time since it felt so potent. He lets out a heavy sigh and rubs the bridge of his nose. 'I don't get it...' he mutters, yet the sound of his failure seems to echo around the empty lab. 'What the hell is this?' It doesn't take long for Senku to rearrange the contents and place them back into the small box. He shuts the latch and carefully places it back into the corner of his lab, where it will go back to sitting inconspicuously for who knows how long. " Challenged by a complex puzzle and lingering homesickness, Senku must confront his past to find a new path forward.

Family

"I know ok?!" - Izuku screams, he never screams. Shōto flinches and fights the instinct to cover his ears as he stays put with his back against the bedroom door. Fuyumi frowns with the headphones in her hands, ready to place them over his ears, but for once Shōto wants to know. "He's not special! He's just-" - the sentence stops, Inko warns him to stop as it often happens and somehow Shōto wishes Izuku wouldn't stop. He needs to hear it, he needs someone to say that word. "I'm your son, you birthed me, and still I'm never a priority..." - Izuku says and his voice breaks. It's quieter this time. Shōto opens the door and takes a tentative step outside, not really knowing why: maybe to confront Inko, or maybe to comfort Izuku. The entrance door slams and he's faced with only Inko. She looks at him with so much guilt she might as well just have killed a man. "I'm sorry..." - she says and Shōto doesn't understand what she's actually sorry about. ~ To sum it up: Tōya decided to run away from his abusive household with his sibling. Endeavour face a trial for child abuse that lead to his immediate hero career decline and incarceration. While Tōya manages to run away with Natsuo, Fuyumi and Shōto end up in a foster home. The foster family just happens to be the Midoriyas. ⚠️𝙒𝙖𝙧𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙙𝙞𝙨𝙘𝙡𝙖𝙞𝙢𝙚𝙧𝙨 ⚠️ • It's a boyxboy (don't like it ➡️ don't read it) • Canon divergence • Might contain mention or reference to child abuse • ASD & PTSD • Quirkless Izuku 🏅Placed 11th in #tododeku on 7.04.26
