After I wrote the chapter of my other story; 'A Contract; A Relationship' I started writing other short stories about what life was like for both Queen Dice and Luci and how their relationship developed before the main plot line of the show or the game. So I decided to make another story for it lol.
Yes, this is based on my genderbent/humanized au blog on Tumblr, though it does take place before it.
If there are any trigger warnings or anything I will mention them at the beginning of each chapter. I might also upload this to AO3 but it depends on how much attention this gets here. Enjoy! ^^

This is an old story of mine there will be grammer errors and spelling mistakes. This story is inspired from the game, NOT THE SHOW, the game Cuphead. I fell in love with the art style and than the fandom ... and some of the ships ... This story is about a boy with no memories trying to find his place in this cruel world. One day his best friend disappeared without a trace. The boy tries to tracks down his old friend but has to stop due to the lack of money. So he ends up working at the Devil's Casino and that's when his life truly turns upside down.Complete

This story takes place many months after the events of Cuphead Peace was restored to the isles of Inkwellwith the Devil finally defeated for good! However, after a heated argument between the demon and the sleazy casino manager, King Dice flees the from where he rightfully belongs. With his minions on the search for him, the Devil is questioning his authority towards King Dice, worrying about what would happen if his righthand man isn't around anymore while still keeping a tinge of rage in his heart. This is a bit of a DevilDice story, even if it doesn't seem like much.Complete
