Luna Ramos had always been known as one half of the Twin Tornadoes. Always wild and rambunctious, always looking for the next thrill and adventure. And her brother Boone was just the same as her, their 'lunacy', as their parents liked to call it only increased by their best friend's own antics.

And all three of them had the same dreams. Dreams of going out there and living through adventures every day, chasing tornadoes and exploring the world along the way. But for Luna... all those dreams came crashing down on her eighteenth birthay.

She didn't have to go out looking for tornadoes because one found her. And, while it may have only been a metaphorical one, it still tore through her life, leaving destruction and disaster in its path just like the real thing.

And nine years later, she is still living the consequences of it.

But now, after all this time, she's ready to stop. She's ready to live her life again, to go on a new adventure and to rebuild her life. The way she wants it to be. She made the choice, decided on a plan and set out to chase it...

What the plan didn't include was a handsome stranger in a dive bar along the road. One that didn't stick around for just one night as she intended...
