Tara, a New Yorker, and Tom, a Brit, are rival actors in the show Those About to Die. Tara, playing Bellona, the goddess of war, is seen by Tom as spoiled and arrogant, while she views Tom, cast as Titus Flavianus, as reserved and uptight. Despite their mutual disdain, they are frequently paired for photoshoots and interviews due to their undeniable chemistry. Their on-screen cooperation masks their off-screen animosity, which boils over into fiery arguments.

However, their tension unexpectedly transforms into passion, leading to steamy encounters and an unplanned pregnancy. Forced to maintain a public facade of a relationship, they navigate the challenges of their situation, gradually transitioning from hostility to tolerance and eventually love. Yet, their journey is fraught with obstacles that threaten to unravel their fragile connection.
