Tyler Borden, a video game addicted, thirteen-year-old, is about to get a life-altering lesson on what was most important at Christmas time.  But it would not come from his current family, friends, or teachers.  I freak of nature sends the young boy hurtling back eighty years in time, to the Great Depression, when things like indoor plumbing was a luxury.  He is about to learn what a real old time Christmas was all about.
