❝Hey, Kayla?❞ I asked in a whisper, crossing my arms in a nervous act. ❝Yes?❞ She responds, kneeling down to pat her sleeping bag, making sure her half-siblings didn't steal anything.

I glance around, feeling eyes on me before I sit down on the floor next to my cousin. ❝Is there--is there a reason on why we can't just build a second cabin?❞

She stopped what she was doing, turning her head to me. ❝What?❞

❝I mean,❞ I look forward, looking at the wall, ignoring the eyes of the Hermes kids. ❝there's a lot of--have--if you go look around...❞ I cleared my throat, scratching my neck. ❝there's like a lot of trees out there.❞ I turned my head to her, my hands on my knees.

❝Lots and lots of wood, you know?❞ I smile awkwardly at her, remembering that some of these trees are nymphs.

She turned, sitting on her sleeping bag. She looked around the cabin, left palm placed on her pillow, and right hand on her knee. ❝Or just beds.❞

I shrugged, discretely gesturing around us. ❝We can make more beds so we don't have to sleep on the floor.❞ I chuckled, I seriously did not want to sleep on the floor. This is not better than being claimed by my godly parent.
