after the events of Silent Hill 3 and Cheryl finally escaped Silent Hill. years later she finds herself surrounded by the thick fog once again. but it's almost like she has gone back in time and it's been repeating over. she's back at the mall once again but alone instead of being there normally before she was dragged in. the town still has a grasp on her. instead of being brought there it seems like she just started here but this time it's different it seems that this town has reached a power like no other. it is reached to different times past and present pulling all things here and out stretching into different universes completely. it pulling everyone who is Ever in this cursed Town back once again.
