My Hero Academia: Not Quirked, Evolved

Izuku Midoriya is a young man with a burning desire to become a hero. Although he lacks a Quirk, he possesses an exceptional ability to observe his environment, including Pro Heroes and Villains. He has analyzed their Quirks, fighting styles, and strategies, recording his observations and theories in several notebooks.

After a significant event, he discovered that, despite his lack of a Quirk, he possessed a power older and stronger than Quirks. This latent power, if not handled carefully, could potentially reshape the world for the worse.

Now, Izuku is armed with abilities that defy the superpowers society has been accustomed to for the past century, as well as the powers from which Quirks originated.

The records concerning the source of his powers(and the origin of Quirks) were erased from existence, but he would come to know it by one name that Izuku would never forget nor dare speak out loud for the rest of his life: Blacklight.

He may not be Quirked but he's Evolved.
