In the heart of Mirkwood, the paths of dwarves, elves, and a single hobbit intertwine in ways none could have foreseen. Thrown together by fate, Kili, a daring dwarf prince, and Legolas, the fierce yet compassionate daughter of Thranduil, forge an unlikely connection amidst the tensions of their clashing worlds. As ancient grudges flare and dangerous alliances are tested, the group must navigate both external enemies and their own hearts-finding hope and connection in the most unexpected of places.
PLEASE keep in mind that this is Kili x female Legolas story! If this makes you uncomfortable, don't read this story. I will change some things from the movies and give them the ending they deserve. Also in this story is hinted Bagginshield (Thorin x Bilbo). English is not my first language so I apologize if there are any mistakes or the story in some parts doesnt make sense. I really hope you will enjoy this story. Also keep in mind that this is beta read and I will make some changes in the future.

Isola is a young hobbit woman who lives in the Shire with her less than parent worthy father. So she spends most of her free time with her cousin, Bilbo Baggins. One day, a wizard whom she vaguely remembers as Gandalf, comes to her while she is at work and asks her to join him and Bilbo at dinner that night for talk of a quest. She agrees to come to dinner, and is suprised to find a whole company of dwarves who are charming in their own way at her cousin's home. Isola joins the company for the adventure, and she learns that family does not have to be blood, and what it means to belong. And unexpected to her, she finds the one she'll never forget, and the one she'll never let go of. I would like to add that the chapters you read will not be fully edited until I complete the book. So there will be typos, flaws in the plot, ect. I am going to do some heavy editing at the end. Everything up until then is more of a draft. I do not own anything exept for Isola and some added plot. Everything else belongs to Peter Jackson and John Ronald Reuel Tolkein. Thank you! UPDATE!!!!!! As of right now, my book is on hold.
