With the annual Christmas season coming up and her mentor retiring, a promotion could be the perfect gift for her. That is if her cold view on the holidays doesn't make her lose it instead.

Santa Claus, who has been living in disguise as infamous toy investor Nick Clark, is gradually losing his holiday spirit as his toy designs and production are now driven by algorithms. He loves his job, but lately, he's been feeling tired and out of it, but he can't bring himself to retire. That spark he felt seeing a kid open a present isn't there; maybe it's gone for good. With his need for the glory days growing, he may have to do something naughty.
