So Dr. Doppler was probably my least favorite character ,besides Scroop ofc bc MR ARROW SHOULD'VE LIVED!!! , because he always seemed so useless. I mean yeah he figured out the black hole was emitting waves of solar energy from which they could "supercharge" the sails to escape the black holes pull, but that was just about the only thing he did the entire movie. This is a fic that effectively removes him from the immediate story that I will be telling. Jim manages to ditch him on Montressor Spaceport and make it to the ship to find a rather beautiful Captain Amelia Smollet. Captain Amelia will be aged down 10 years to 25 along with Jim being 18 instead of 16. This is a story that I've wanted written but have never found. Guess I'll do it myself. Enjoy or don't. I don't care either way.All Rights Reserved
