Chosen

The Rule of Kitsune contains many rules;
1. Once chosen, the female's Kitsune (fox spirit) will either decline or accept the offer. If accepted, the female has to be with the male at all times. If declined, the male has two choices; try to win her over, or give up.
2. If not purebred female, the Kitsune must be abandoned. This is done to see if they can survive. If so, they are allowed to go back to their family.
3. All male Kitsune must be treated with respect. Mostly by females. Especially the one he has coupled with.
4. No Kitsune male is allowed to be abandoned. Purebred, or not.
5.Never be unfaithful to your Chosen.
8. Never abandone your Chosen.
6. The Kitsune chooses it's Chosen, not the human vessel.

When Artic's Kitsune chooses the female he had never even thought about being chosen by his Kitsune, things start to go downhill. He was the Golden Boy, she was the Bad Girl. He was surely in some trouble.
