Three years after facing off against Jeff the Killer and barely escaping Slenderman's clutches, Alex, now sixteen, thinks he's finally free from the horrors of his past. But when he discovers a mysterious forum, The Eyeless Kid, filled with accounts of encounters with the faceless entity Eyeless Jack, Alex's sense of safety shatters once again.
