Those are the words that haunt Kayli Logun Simmions daily life. That's the only memory she has of her childhood. After her mothers mental breakdown Kaylis mind repressed four years of memory. She still has to see the pain in her families eyes whenever they look at her. She still has to remember those five simple words of her brother trying to save her from the woman who gave her life.
Hayden James Luis is a goofy, superhero nerd. His favorite superhero is Superman. When begins taking an interest in Kayli he becomes her Superman and she his Kryptonite. At least he believes so. When the past she can't remember suddenly starts resurfacing will Hayden still be able to save her? Or will he crash and burn?
