All it takes is one sad thought

Ok um basically my boyfriend of all most eight months has depression. I'm really worried about him, he said that nine months ago he was thinking about taking his life and that the only reason he had the courage to ask me out was because he was going to end it. He started taking medication and going to therapy but I still worry. So I'm writing the notable events here to help keep track of everything. And guess if anyone who reads this knows how I can help him that would be go to so um yeah.
