Frozen Embers follows Hikari Todoroki, a young woman determined to protect her siblings from their father, the powerful hero Endeavor, who sees his children as tools to achieve his ambitions. Haunted by the pain that drove her older brother, Touya (now the villain Dabi), to abandon the family, Hikari secretly rallies her siblings to resist their father's control and find their own paths.
