Shards of Tomorrow

A fractured world divided by a colossal Wall built centuries ago after the "Event," which rendered half the Earth inhospitable. The world is split into Outer Sectors (oppressed and desolate) and Inner Sanctum (prosperous but authoritarian). The Sanctum is ruled by a Council known as the Keepers, who control all resources and information. Elias, a 22-year-old from an Outer Sector, lives in harsh poverty but dreams of crossing into the Inner Sanctum, where he believes he can find a life of peace and fulfillment.
