This story takes place before Rachel meets everyone. Monica has a 3 bedroom.
Kim works in child welfare as a CPS worker. She was best friends with Rachel, and Monica growing up. Monica and Kim had grown distant with each other after Kim moved out of state with her high school sweetheart. Her fiancé, Roger was a lawyer. He provided a good lifestyle for Kim. She was head over heels in love with him. Having been together for 6 years, they planned to get married on their 7th year anniversary. Kim had fallen pregnant, but sadly lost her baby. She soon after found out Roger had been cheating on her, with an 18 year old girl that was about to have his baby. She left him, and moved back to NY to stay with her brother temporarily.
One afternoon she ran into Monica down at Central Perk, and Monica invited her in to live with her. And that is where our story begins-
